As far as how large the expansion is in size, various redditors and dataminers have deduced that the Vvardenfell is indeed quite large in comparison to other regions in the game and the environment will look quite similar to how fans will remember it from TES III. As always, weigh what you can afford versus the the price and amount of what is being offered to determine if something is worth getting to you, but at least in comparison to what ESO has offered thus far in terms of DLC, Morrowind appears to objectively be one of its biggest yet.
